About Melissa's RV rentals

My husband and I have been married 11 years, we have 2 boys. We love to get outdoors and have an adventure with the family. Hiking, going to the lake and surfing and spending the day on the beach are some of our favourites. We are absolutely in love with Vancouver Island and we get so much enjoyment of sharing our island with others in hopes that they will fall in love with it too. If you are interested in renting our trailer we would be happy to help you plan your vacation or simply make some recommendations of our favourite spots.

It was perfect! Very spacious, clean, relatively uncomplicated to pull (was my first time pulling a trailer) & park, bed was comfy... and the pick up and drop off were very straightforward as well. Melissa was lovely and explained everything in detail once I arrived so there were no surprises and all went very smoothly. Looking forward to booking again with her.

Melissa and her husband were lovely, and good communicators. They set up the trailer for us and We picked it up without a hitch! Well they had a hitch but there were no hold ups or problems. We loved that the price included propane and sani dumping. Their delivery fee was worth if for us as we did not have to worry about remembering all the setup and tear down items. Tips: for people who have back issues bring more padding for the bed. These tiny trailer toilets aren't meant for larger adults..... just sayen... It is a great trailer for small familes as there were bunk beds we never used. Loved they had a large mat for in front of the trailer, and the axe which we really needed. 2 Thumbs up!

Melissa was incredibly accommodating and easy-going! The trailer was great - clean, functional, very well-stocked. The whole experience was very simple and straight-forward and we would definitely considering renting from Melissa again.

Mellissa and her husband were great to deal with, very fast with response time. The trailer was in good shape, cute, functional. I would just make sure to have the plug in for trailer brakes and not just lights, the bigger plug, as we had to go buy one. But they delivered it and picked it up for us anyhow as we were not going that far which was most appreciated.

Melissa’s R-Pod was amazing! She was great at communicating and dealing with her made our trip seem less. The unit itself was perfect for our 4Runner. Melissa made sure it was stocked with all of the necessities including propane. Would highly recommend! 🤗

Overall we had a great time. The Rpod was exactly as listed. Melissa's communication and flexibility to allow for delivery in short notice were both excellent. However, it would have been beneficial to know in advance the type of hitch and connection required as I had neither and the trip ended up costing me an extra $500! The 20% "service" fee on top of that was also hard to swallow. Maybe list that info at the beginning?

An excellent trailer particularly suitable for a small family. The layout is very good, although if you don't need the bunk beds, the extra space would be good. Everything worked well. It towed easily and set up with a minimum of fuss. Very nice supplied bedding. The dishes are all there, although they are thrift store quality. If you are dry camping, you must be very careful with using electricity as the battery will drain quite quickly. Melissa responded quickly to messages. All in all, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this unit.
