Shon was fantastic. He was incredibly helpful as this was my first time using the Outdoorsy reservation site. He arrived on time to drop off, showed me the information I needed to know about the trailer and was flexible on the pick up time. The trailer was neat and clean when we arrived. It was beautiful with nice lighting and stayed cool in the warm weather. It was perfect for our family camping trip!

Shon is so flexible! Delivery/pick up was flawless. The trailer is immaculate. Shon helped troubleshoot the only issue. I would definitely use this trailer again!

Our annual family camping trip was great thanks to Shon! The trailer was clean and comfortable. I loved that it has solar panels, so we were able to have the refrigerator and TV’s working without having to worry about re-charging the battery. He was very thorough and explained how everything worked. Great experience, will definitely rent his trailer again.

Shon was on time for our meet up and very nice throughout the check in and check out process. He explained everything we needed to know for our stay in his RV and was quick to help us when we had a couple of questions the first evening. The stay was very comfortable. It was just two people but there was space for more. Shon provides everything you need to just show up with your suitcase and stay for a bit. We had a great time and would definitely recommend renting this RV.

Shon did a great job with the entire process, going out of his way to help me make the best decision for my trip. Shon left lots of personal touches with the trailer that weren’t expected, such as leaving personal size toiletries in case I had forgotten any from home. Trailer was in great shape and Shon was super personable and punctual.

We had a great experience renting from Shon. He delivered the trailer right to our campsite at check-in, set everything up for us and explained how to use everything. The trailer was perfect for our family of four! It was very clean, stocked with kitchen equipment and supplies, and even a little welcome basket. The fridge was cold, water tank full, and the generator had gas in it upon delivery, so we had everything we needed. It was plenty of room for us and we loved being able to camp in comfort. The kids loved the bunk beds; and our queen bed was very comfy. Not sure if we will ever tent camp again after this weekend.
