Emily was easy to work with. She had a small incident with the van which she informed me about, and filed a claim with her insurance company within a day.
Problems occur, but they are easily dealt with when people are willing to be responsible. She is such a person.

I really enjoyed my trip and Kellsey is a fantastic host, very supportive and helpful before, during and after my trip to Orlando and back.Kellsey did a fantastic job of prepping the trailer with everything I could need to have a wonderful trip (except food and towels). For the kitchen, there was a full set of cutlery, knives, bottle opener, plates, bowls and cups. Plenty of pillows and linens provided. Lots of thoughtful touches, too, like hot pads and hanging hooks (very handy for my quick-dry towel!). Since I was traveling solo, I didn't get to try the supplied games, but they could have been entertaining!As for the trailer, I just supplied the truck! The anti-sway bars (between hitch and trailer) really smoothed out the handling around corners! All the hoses, connectors, and supplied gear were well explained (and most labeled!) before I left on the trip, making towing and camp connections a breeze. My Rivian detected the trailer as 4000 pounds with all my gear inside, very much aligned with what I expected from the listing, and very easy to tow!

If adventure calls your name, the Storyteller Overland MODE B is the perfect rig. Built on a rugged AWD platform, it drives more like a big SUV than an RV and handles highways, mountain passes, and forest roads with ease. My family loved it—very spacious and comfortable.
