Rented for a week and had a perfect vacation. I would definitely rent from Mark and Gabby again. Everything worked, which was the most important thing. The rig is easy to drive and narrower than most motorhomes, which is a big plus in urban areas. The fridge kept everything the right temperature, and the air conditioner worked well, as did the generator. I found the bed very comfortable, but it might be a little small for two larger people. If you plan to cook or eat in the rig, be sure to ask specific questions about what is provided. I had to go buy a few things (cups, glasses, cooking knives, a saucepan) and borrow things like bottle openers and can openers from other campers. I also bought an extra towel. Not a big deal or big expense, but I might have put more things in my suitcase, had I known. The rig was clean, and all the knobs and handles had been sprayed with Lysol before I arrived, which was awesome. The inside of the fridge and microwave could have been a tiny bit cleaner, but it wasn't enough to bother me. My only caveat would be that the grey tank valves on this rig were designed by the world's worst engineer. If you have difficulty kneeling or reaching way under a rig, you may need to find someone to help you get to the handles. I have short arms and weak hands, and it was definitely challenging for me. That said, the tanks were only a minor annoyance, and people were always happy to help me out. I can't wait to go back to Florida for another RV adventure!
