Interaction with Shubhtej was very favorable, he is very customer oriented and worked to ensure our rental experience was satisfactory. We had reserved a unit with another owner several months ago only to have him cancel a day before our camping start. We were able to contract with Shubhtej on less than 24 hour notice and he rose to the occasion graciously providing a last minute delivery to our Bass Lake location. Thanks Shubhtej! The unit was roomy and clean and we experience no issues at all.
