At At the time of pick up, we were told the furnace did not work, but was clearly in the listing. When we went to load the unit, there was a strong sewage smell inside and we had to wipe down the inside shelves, surfaces, and mop floor. Before we could camp, we had to stop at the dump station to clean out lines with cleaner to get as much smell out as possible. We contacted Hope to report issues. The furnace has stated did not work. or the ceiling units that the host told us to try for heat. That also did not work. Had to purchase a heater to use. Following the trip we reached out to ask for a partial refund due to issues and was not received well. A 6% refund was given which did not cover the price of the heater and cleaning solution. We have owned several campers and rented others without the issues we encountered with this rental.

Perfect RV. Host very responsive to questions. RV mattresses tend to be a bit thin, so if you want more padding, bring a comforter. Would rent again.

Overall it was really easy to book and use the service. Brandon, our host was very helpful and willing to go the extra mile if needed when we had a little hiccup with the adapter for our generator. We were first time users of a travel trailer and so we had a few more questions than the average person and Brandon was always willing to help and quick to respond. It would have been 5 stars but the batteries on the rv would not hold a charge and the mattress on the queen bed was really flat and thin. We ended up using a mattress from our sons room. Will definitely use the service again.

This was our first time renting an RV since the campground cabins were all booked. Brandon was excellent and the RV was just as amazing. We did the drop off/set-up + pick up/set-down option and Brandon was very responsive with our calls and texts. The RV was clean and functional, just what we needed. The extras like the lawn chairs and the outside mat made packing very light for us. I will most definitely rent again with him!
