Pick up process was not as described, in fact Nathan sent me a message saying he may not be there. He did show up just after I arrived and left before I had the trailer hitched. I did not get a walk through and it became apparent why. The trailer was not clean. There was a sewage smell that Nathan has explained is because the toilet is faulty. We used the vent fan in the bathroom with a towel wedged at the top of the door to vent the smell, but we could smell it outside. Luckily the RV park had a nice Bath House. I will say the AC worked great, thankfully. As for the cleanliness of the trailer. The listing is inaccurate the trailer was not clean and did not smell clean. We did, however return it cleaner than when we picked it up. My wife was appalled and we spent the better part of our first day taking turns with our grandson outside while the other cleaned the inside, making it habitable before we would let our grandson inside. We traded messages with Nathan and he said that the trailer had been in for service and they must have left it dirty, but we paid a cleaning fee so it should have been clean and Sterilized for Covid 19 protection. I am usually not a person that posts bad reviews, but it would be a disservice to Nathan not to share my experience. I hope that this review prompts him to do better in the future and provide a better experience for travelers moving forward.
