WELCOME TO BETTER ON THE ROAD! My name is Jess and I am a San Diego native! I fell in love with camping 2020 in Zion and there began my curiosity with van-life! With my new awakened perception of the world I felt the need to get everyone out in nature with an ease. I felt it was my mission to give others that new found love for life the way Zion did for me. I hope I can help you do the same while also feeling cozy in this cabin on wheels. When i'm not out in nature I love practicing yoga, meditating, going to the beach and finding new ways to grow my knowledge in the entrepreneurship world! Jessica’s little home on wheels was a wonderful experience for us from the moment she greeted us with a smile at the airport. She’d showed us everything we needed to know about the van and how to use amenities. Everything was pretty easy to use. She also stayed in contact for any questions that we may have had during our trip up to Big Sur. As a 5’11 guy, I fit perfectly in the bed. We both thought it was fairly comfortable. I did bump my head a few times. But part of the experience, right. All and all, again, wonderful experience. I’d definitely use Jessicas van again for my next trip back to the west coast. Thank you again Jess :)

"My partner and I booked this little home on wheels for a short trip out to Jtree and Anza. This van caught our attention initially with the modern interior but could tell it also had a functional, quality build. It had all the essentials we needed for a smooth trip - induction stove, toaster oven, fridge/freezer, tonsss of lighting, indoor and outdoor showers, and plenty of storage. This van was unlike all the other vans that were available for us to rent, this one came with a bonus. We also got Jess, the super sweet owner of Better On The Road. She went above and beyond for us every way. Answered all our questions promptly and was super accommodating for our last minute booking. Picking up the van we were greeted with a big smile and a hand made gift. She took the time to show us every feature of the van in and out, and thoroughly explained how each worked. She made sure we were comfortable driving and were set up with everything we needed. Drop off was effortless as well, she was ready with all the paperwork to fill out for a quick hand-off. Overall a solid trip, 10/10, highly recommend if you are looking for a different way to experience the outdoors! Thanks again Jess!"
