We recently rented an RV for our trip and had a really good experience. The RV was in excellent condition—clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for our journey. It was comfortable and made us feel quite at home on the road.

We experienced a couple of major issues with this rental and also several minor inconveniences. The biggest issue was that about 30 miles out of the starting location, the emergency window in the back bedroom area flew off. Maybe it was not secured from the renters before. The cabin is very noisy anyway, so we did not hear the window window blow off and only noticed it at our first rest stop.We also struggled with the generator and had to call outdoorsy customer service to help - although they were very helpful and we got the issue generally resolved, the generator kept turning off randomly throughout the rest of the trip. Also, an alarm kept randomly going off, I believe it was a CO2 detector, maybe. Very annoying to have it happen in the middle of the night and it is difficult to find the means to turn it off.The bathroom is one of the better designs I have seen in a camper of that size, you can close it off from both the back bedroom area and from the front cabin, so it’s very private no matter how many people might be in the camper. Although as I said, our freshwater tank was not full, when we were able to use the hot water is very hot. The camper feels very private with the shades drawn, and the awning worked very well and retracted easily. We were happy to see four camp chairs on board.

The RV was wonderful. Full conveniences of home but in the mountains. Everything worked perfectly. I highly recommend renting this RV.

Osbaldo was quickly responsive and readily available both before and during our two week trip. The Vista is large and comfortable and readily handled a family of five. No problems heading into Bandelier, Mesa Verde, and the Grand Canyon. It’s easy to drive throughout the Southwest.

Had an amazing family trip to some of the National Parks in the area. Comfortable to drive and maneuver and super easy to hook up. Osbaldo was communicative and flexible when our schedule got set back a bit. Thank you for this great opportunity!!

Osbaldo was able to provide us with a rental in a pinch. He was very communicative and accommodating - offering to deliver the vehicle to our hotel - and the RV was clean, spacious, and easy to operate. Would recommend!
