Amanda didn't communicate when the van needed to be serviced and caused further damage to the vehicle engine, focused on her own needs she chose not to call me upon noticing that something was wrong. She left the inside of the van covered in dog hair and dirt and food in the fridge. She left a gemstone under the bed and it caused a large dent in my back door. When returning the vehicle she drove right over my house plants. Ultimately, I regret ever renting to her. (0 stars for the level of respect and humanity shown)
