This was my second rental from Amy for our annual Halloween trip, and both experiences involved issues. Last year, there was a leak near the top bunk. Thankfully, my daughter stayed dry. This year, I was told at pickup that the slide had issues opening and could take an hour to get working. At our destination, it took about an hour of troubleshooting before it finally opened. On Sunday, the slide again wouldn't close, and I also had trouble emptying the tanks, delaying our departure.
Amy had agreed that a later Sunday return was fine since the camper wasn't booked. She texted that there was no hurry, agreed to my estimated return time, and acknowledged my update before I left. Despite this, she charged me a $50 late fee while I was already on the road. The equipment issues contributed to the delay, making the fee especially frustrating.
I understand mechanical problems can happen, but recurring issues across both rentals raise concerns about the camper's maintenance and reliability.

It was OK. The host was very nice. Outdoorsy or the app used for the RV was terrible. Will not review reuse again.

Amy was such a great host! Picking up and dropping off was so easy as Amy responded quickly both times. The RV was clean and easy to hook up at the RV site. Would absolutely rent again for any future trips!

Amy communicated with me in a timely manner and was always very friendly. She took her time to make sure I knew how everything in the RV worked. It was my first time renting an RV and She made the experience enjoyable and easy. I would recommend renting from here if you're looking to rent.

The RV is in good condition, and is very well stocked in case you forget anything. Easy to communicate with the owner before the trip as well. I would booked again with Amy.
