The camper was clean and very nice. Pickup spot was easy and convenient. Would rent again.

This was our 3rd experience with Outdoorsy for our annual camping trip in northern Wisconsin at a non-electric campsite. The communication with Yana was very good and she answered all questions thoroughly; the camper was perfect for our family of 4 from a space and amenities standpoint. Unfortunately, the battery died very early into the trip and even though we re-charged it, it would not power the refrigerator and freezer (which was an important amenity for us); in addition, the black water tank had not been completely emptied prior to our trip which released an odor in the bathroom area (we only used the bathroom for storage). I am confident that the owners will address these issues going forward.
