We both are US Navy Veterans and have one seedling and 2 dogs. We love to travel but very few have been on our types of cruises. We prefer land now a days so the RV life is the life for our small family and we hope to share our experience with you.

Overall we had a good time, but would suggest owner check the unit before each rental and give it some TLC.
1. The unit was not cleaned. Dirt, grass, and leaves were all over the unit. Counters were dirty, bedding did not appear washed, and pillows had black marks. There was hair and dirt in the shower, feces marks in the toilet, and USED feminine hygiene products in the bathroom trash from the previous renter.
2. Owner mentioned there was slight cosmetic damage, but it somewhat effected the trip. Windows and screen door are either missing screens or they are broken. We couldn't open them or it would let flies in. Walls were coming apart exposing the stapling. The jacks are rusting and hard to crank to level the unit.
3. Black tank wasn't emptied prior to our rental. It showed full, but still showed 75% full after we emptied it. Might be broken sensor.
4. Coffee maker was broken. Leaked water and wouldnt make coffee.
5. Chairs, tables, and additional items in storage were very nice. Fridge kept everything very cold. Heater and AC worked well.
Overall the camper served it's purpose, but having to spend time cleaning the unit when we get to our destination, not being able to enjoy a coffee in the morning, and rigging up a wall to ensure our kids dont hurt themselves was not fun.

Dakota and his wife were both awesome! Very accommodating and even helped me out to get proper connection for my truck. I would highly recommend using them as your host for rv rental. Thanks much for the rental y’all!
