Great renters overall. Communication was consistent and easy from booking through drop-off. The main renter and his brother were attentive during the walkthrough and asked good questions to make sure they understood the RV.

Sean rented our van for an extended time and was an easy guest. He read up on the manual and knew the inner workings before he even picked it up!
Easy to communicate with and flexible--would rent to him again.

Very nice lady and super nice kids however, van came back with collision damage and interior damage. This was not communicated with us along the trip although we reached out to see how everything is going. When arrived back she said she didn’t notice anything and don’t know how it happened. We have damage to the exterior and interior of the cabin. 11K in damages and her statement was that she has no recall how it happened. Very disappointing and makes it very difficult with the insurance. Won’t rent her again !!!
