Paul and his crew were excellent guests ! It was a pleasure to have them rent our rv. He was communicative, kind, and took great care of the rig. I hope to rent to him again sometime!

Communication was frequent but very inconsistent.
Before the trip began, the renter was a no call-no show to ‘view the unit’ (which was in storage) at their request. After adjusting the scheduled pickup time, they arrived significantly late (3+hrs) despite clear agreements.
