Chase was very friendly, helpful and an excellent communicator. I had some issues with power going out unexpectedly and the van being slow to chargeback up. I think I would have been better off using a cooler and not the fridge. I noticed ants the first night but the issue improved after I cleaned up crumbs that were between the bed and cabinets.

Clifford the van is well equipped, stocked, and ready for your next adventure. My girlfriend, dog, and I took it to Shenandoah, New River Gorge, and Mammoth Cave. It did great through a variety of terrain and environments. Basecamp Rentals had everything we needed. If you're tall, you will want to be comfortable with sleeping on a smaller bed, but the mattress sleeps comfortably.

We had a great two weeks with Clifford! The van is kitted out with almost everything you'll need (a propane stove, dishes and utensils, bedding and towels, a camp toilet and outdoor shower, and even a Keurig, a bluetooth speaker, and some courtesy toiletries!). Everything was comfortable and well thought out. It's a big vehicle but drives fairly easily, and there's a backup camera, which we really appreciated. Pickup and drop off were easy, and communication with Basecamp was great. We'd absolutely rent this vehicle again!
