Don’t rent this trailer , this host is a scammer , you won’t be able to shower , the water doesn’t train n he will file a claim that you destroyed the trailer so he can do an insurance claim, not to mention is nasty , disgusting, dirty , a 2x2 wood stick is holding the bed , you won’t be able to cook due to the drain issue , there’s no heater n the generator won’t hold a basic electric heater ! This host is a clown ! Plus the fridge is full of corrosion. Nasty n there’s 1000 more issues with this travel trailer .

Mr. Spencer Hall is a gentleman that should not be trusted. He ruined our Thanksgiving week for three of our family members. He chose not to disclose that his little RV was leaking water right onto the primary bed. My family immediately sent him a video and we told him to come get it right away and he did. He left his unit right in the middle of the road, which was unsafe so we actually moved it to a safer location.We gave him a pin and he still called the local police and put in a fraudulent theft. I will be contacting his insurance do not rent from this man.

My experience with Spencer was good. It was my first time renting a camper and he answered all my questions. The prices seemed reasonable given the high demand around Halloween. The camper was well-maintained and in good condition. I would rent from Spencer again.

Most disgusting trailer ever rented. No attempt to have this cleaned and ready for rental. From the dirt all over, to the used toilet left for us this was the worst experience. When contacted the owner did NOTHING to make it right and even charged us a cleaning fee. DO NOT rent from this owner… their trailers are trash!!!

Had to figure out how to use everything. No help with that and didn't bother to show up to go over the trailer and how things work. Left outside a storage facility for pick up. It was dirty and nothing cleaned. The slide out barely worked. The air conditioner was not cold. There was no bedding. The generator was empty.

Spencer is very responsive to messages, which is great. However, our overall experience was not great: there was no instruction guide provided; there was dust on everything except the bed; there was only cheap plastic utensils and one steak knife; only one fry pan and pot were worthy of being used and the other fry pan was in such bad shape we could not use it; the table could not be set up as the wall bracket had been mounted incorrectly; there were only 2 bath towels that seemed had not been washed; no hand towels; no dish towels; only one coffee cup; tv was not mounted and we could find no power cord or audio cables; there are not 4 beds as listed, just one queen bed and one bed when the table is lowered (and it could only sleep 2 children, one adult could not sleep on it). Host was informed on our first day of the issues we were experiencing, and he said he would address them for future rentals but did not offer any compensation for our rental.
