We had a really great trip with this host and RV. Jianying was incredibly responsive before and during our trip, and very helpful with some request me made around flexibility for pick-up. It was clear the host was not an english-as-first-language speaker but still he communicated very well in all of our text and in person exchanges. The RV was clean and every feature of it worked as expected. The gas tank on the RV is very large so we made our 300ish mile trip without any need to fill up other than at return. I would recommend this host to anyone who asked.

Great experience! We were first timers for RV. Jianying was very helpful in explaining how everything works. He was extremely responsive in outdoorsy app. Also RV drove very well, all hooks up attachments were available and in good condition.

Jianying was amazing. He was super responsive and helpful, and available for questions 24 hours. The camper was nice and new and the perfect size for traveling, and for our family.

Great vehicle - cab is very dependable and the RV is incredibly well kept. Any concerns are more to do with Coachmen’s manufacturing decisions and not with Jianying - recco this vehicle most for a two person traveling scenario but worked fine with us and our two children.

The RV was new and beautiful, tons of space for storage and wonderful interior and comfy places to sleep, awning is electric and LED lights were nice to sit outside. Owner very thorough with explaining and helping with rental. Definitely would rent again!
