From the beginning Mike was extremely responsive to our messages, informative and very pleasant overall. He was available throughout the trip for questions, and although we encountered a snag/damage to the vehicle, he was extremely understanding and still remained the very nice guy he was from the beginning. We recommend him and his very comfy and reliable RV!!!

Michael, the owner, was so patient when answering my many questions as I was a 1st time renter. The Four Winds was clean and well stocked. There was tons of sleeping options which is great for a family. Having it delivered and set up was so very convenient. The entire experience was easy from ordering, setting up payments, having it delivered and set up, until they picked it up. I highly recommend!

Michael was an A-class owner and very responsive to any questions or if we just needed advice.
I would certainly recommend Michael's Thor Four Winds for larger families. All amenities worked perfectly and it was easily driven. Michael even went out of his way to help get us back to our accommodations after. Michael lives the PPP standards and we really appreciate such a wonderful experience. Mahalo Nui Loa!
