This was our first RV rental experience, and we had hoped the owner would be present at pickup to provide a walkthrough. It would have been helpful if the contactless pickup arrangement had been communicated clearly in advance.

The van was perfect for our trip! Mazi kept it well-stocked and took his time explaining all the features. This was my first time renting a camper van and he made it easy. He was also super responsive to messages if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend! Made the trip to see some national parks while in California.
