I waited three hours over for their return. They ripped off the passenger side mirror, but what’s worse he tried to glue it back on with gorilla glue and epoxy to hide the damage. Gorilla glue is smeared on the RV as they tried to wipe off the runs. Scratches on the camping side. Damaged the rear wheel well. The inside was trashed. Won’t respond to the claims adjuster through outdoorsy so it’s taking forever to get resolved and i had to cancel 2 other rentals while waiting.

The trip itself went well, and the camper was comfortable overall. However, our experience with the owner and the condition of the camper was disappointing.

Daniel took immaculate care of my camper. He even did a tank rinse and cleaned off the electric wire and hoses. Was on time for pickup and drop off and had great communication skills. I wish every renter could be like Daniel.

John brought the Rv back somewhat clean, and no major damage. He did knock off a small panel on the cabinets. He also brought a cat along for the trip that was not allowed.
