These were wonderful renters! They are experienced with camper van travel, so they didn’t have a single question or issue during their trip. They returned the van in excellent condition—I would even say perfect.

Communication was very poor throughout the trip. The guest did not respond to messages in a timely manner, requested trip extensions without completing payment promptly, and failed to report that the vehicle had been involved in a collision. The vehicle was returned with damage that was not disclosed. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not host this guest again.

We had an amazing experience renting from Jess! When we realized we needed a generator, she went out of her way to help find one. Even though we didn’t end up using it, her effort was much appreciated. Jess set up everything at the campsite, was super communicative, and made the whole rental smooth. Highly recommend her for a stress-free and pleasant experience!
