Well the customer asked me if I could give them the RV 3 hours earlier than normal pickup so I agreed and gave it to them and when they came I asked them very nicely about 3 times if they could return the RV by 2:30 a half hour earlier than normal return time because I had a maid coming at 3:30 and another customer from another site coming at 6:30 well they didn’t return the RV until 4:30 and they left it in a real mess
