I was very shocked at the condition of the trailer was in comparison to the pictures online. The drain spout was rusted and extremely difficult to release and as a result , I could not get it to drain in a flowing manner which prevented me from taking showers in there out of fear that it wouldn’t drain well. As a solution to my concern, the owner offered me a service call at the price of $150 which I declined. The smell inside the trailer was overpowering with a mixture of cleaning products masked with air fresheners which left my family and friends very uncomfortable. Despite it being cold at night, we had to leave the windows open due to the smells. I could not open the fridge door the entire trip out of fear that I was going to break the handle and was told that there was a safety latch on it but I could still not manage to open on my own.
The bathroom door although functional had strips of the material missing which was not shown in the pictures. Moreover, we were left with damp towels which we were unable to use that first night. Owner did offer to compensate me $20 though for the towel mishap. The stove and sink were not very clean either. Upon my arrival, I spent 3.5 hours messaging her back and forth with concerns and requesting some compensation for the mislead and the troubles I was encountering. She offered a low severance and said that she was considering just canceling my trip and coming to pick up the trailer which would have been close to 11pm and would have left my children and I scrambling to find a different option for the nights lodging. I requested she wait until the following day and she obliged. She did help me out by letting me keep it until the regularly scheduled time as I would have to pay a premium for getting into a hotel for the night. I appreciated her allowing me to do so for my family.
This was my first experience renting and to encounter all of this was a lot and spending those hours instead of enjoying my first night camping was truly a terrible experience.
I understand that this was not a new trailer, however, I think owners should be upfront with the current condition of the trailer and to be more transparent with possible problems with fridge handle

While I typically let the RV speak for itself, this review is factually inaccurate. The trailer was professionally cleaned, systems functioned as designed (all confirmed and proven to her when picking up the RV). While on FaceTime, she only brought up the fridge handle. When concerns were raised, I offered to send a mobile tech. The $150 fee would only apply if it was user error, not if the RV was at fault. She declined. She also skipped the scheduled walkthrough by arriving two hours late, I spent hours fielding messages, many of which were less about troubleshooting and more about seeking compensation ($200 off a $350 stay) for what ultimately amounted to personal preference or lack of experience. To clarify for future renters; yes the fridge handle works. The bathroom door closes properly, the wall paper on the door has wear. The trailer is clean, if you are sensitive to cleaning products, simply let me know, I’m happy to accommodate as long as I’m told before arrival.

We had a blast using Fabi's RV in Pismo. They set it up for us on site and communication was smooth and on time.
Very roomy RV for a family of 4 and a dog.
