The AC did not work... we were sweating the entire time. we had to transfer to a house Friday to Sunday...

AC is working fine. Renter had different expectations & kept reporting RV AC is not enough. Also, RV is trashed & returned with lot of damages. Due to this, had to cancel follow-up reservations as well.

The RV was beautiful and immaculately maintained. They had everything stocked that you could need down to delicious spices. The sleeping arrangements were so comfortable and plenty of space. The layout is very family friendly! Thank you for sharing your RV and helping to make our trip so enjoyable!

Our experience with the rv was great! The rv was exactly like the photos and it was very clean and well equipped! Owners were great at communicating and also reaching out during our stay to see how everything was going and if we needed anything!

Last week, my family and I rented the 2022 Thor Quantum RV from Apparao through Outdoorsy, and I must say that it was an incredible experience! The booking process on Outdoorsy was seamless and stress-free, and the communication with Apparao was exceptional from start to finish.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and understand the disappointment this may bring. Our team worked with you diligently to resolve the issue and ensure you to receive a full refund. We also provided the option to switch it to a longer RV but unfortunately you didn't like it. We once again apologize for the inconvenience.

This was only our 2nd time doing an RV trip. We are a family of five with 3 teens- so the total was like 5 adults. We were very comfortable in this RV. Everyone had their own bed/ space. The slides are a game changer because when they are open, there is so much space to move around. This was even more important due to the fact that we traveled in December with really low temperatures, so after being outside- all we wanted to do was be inside with the heater on. We never felt cramped. I was able to cook full meals in the stove top and we enjoyed them together with sit down dinners. The fridge has enough space to keep whatever food you'd like. There is enough space for pantry items. Our clothes fit well in all the closet spaces. There are outdoor storages also available to keep any extras, like shoes. I would recommend bringing the essentials, as it is a small space regardless and organization/ cleanliness is key. The bathroom was also great- we had to take lots of showers here because some of the facilities we visited didn't have bathrooms and it was perfect. All the heaters worked great. The connections to everything worked well. It is super IMPORTANT to do the orientation with the owners before leaving and being very attentive! There are so many details that go into daily RVing and you have to know how to operate them all. One small thing done wrong can alter the entire operation of the RV. So take notes, pictures, and ask questions! Regardless, the owners set up a text message chat and they are available at all times with any questions. They answer quickly any and all doubts and things that come up- and they WILL come up. This was our first time using outdoorsy renting a personal RV and my only caveat is that it does feel like a whole lot more responsibility and a moving house is no small feat. However, it is such a great family adventure that we will be doing again many times over!!

We had a great time with our three kids traveling in this RV. We got a little training session in how to use everything before we took off with the RV that was very helpful. Great for travel with your family and making memories! Pick up and drop off was also awesome, he made it very convenient for us and worked around our flight times!

We had a wonderful week in the RV. Went to the Grand Canyon, Flagstaff and Sedona. The RV was very easy to set up at the campsite with auto leveling, backup camera and much more. It was fully stocked with all the kitchen supplies you would need for cooking. Lots of bedding and towels, even for a family of 6. Apparao and his brother were a pleasure to rent from. Communication and response were always timely. They made sure our trip went smoothly from check in to drop off. They even drove us to the airport after our trip to make it easier for our large family. We will definitely rent from them on our next Arizona trip.

Hi Joel - Thanks for leaving this review. We understand your frustration. As explained over call before cancellation, our RV had an issue with engine that morning & it was towed to Ford's dealership for repair. Ford Technicians instructed us, not to operate it as it is not safe until they fix the Power Steering and Brake Fluid Issues. Due to this reason, we had to cancel the booking after informing you. This is a genuine reason for cancellation. Unfortunately, we couldn't another RV from our end as they are not available at that time.
