About Miguel and Enid Santiago
Miguel Santiago veteran with over 27 years of active duty service in the United States Army. Founded EMIS RV Rentals with the help of Enid Perez Co owner and wife of 6 years. Since the very first camping experience we fell in love with the outdoors and knew this was something I would always remember. Since that time, We enjoy camping with family using our RV’s. We thoroughly enjoyed the beauty, and the feeling of being closer to nature. Thats when EMIS was founded a veteran owned business dedicated to provide a excellent camping experience. My husband and I enjoy camping in different part of Texas and we want to offer people a pleasant camping trip by renting our RV’s that comes with a lot of amenities to accommodate your needs when it comes to a camping trip. Staying in an RV vs Hotel is a unique experience. Many of our customers enjoy the ambiance of the outdoors with their families and also you avoid high cost by using the conventional hotel stays. Having your accommodations delivered to your specific location makes the customer’s experience even more special, giving clients the opportunity to choose from some of the most beautiful settings in our area.

Miguel and Enid were first class hosts. They are incredibly welcoming and provide everything you should need and more. They delivered our RV to the music festival on time and waited in the two hour security line with no hesitation. When inclement weather rolled in, they showed up and made sure there were no issues. If you are looking for a reliable RV and couple to rent from, look no further. We will definitely be renting from them again. Thank you again for everything you did to make our trip great!

Miguel & Enid are wonderful hosts. The RV is so comfortable and full of special touches and supplies. For instance, they have 4 outdoor chairs, a table, outdoor rug, cooking supplies, even an over the door organizer in the bathroom that has everything that you may have forgotten, from toothbrushes to hydrogen peroxide. And the RV smells wonderful! We really felt pampered for a camping trip. It was great. Recommend 100%. ⭐️

We rented this trailer for 2 nights and had it delivered. The process went very smoothly and was so easy. The RV was great. It was very clean and well stocked. It seemed like new. We had a great time. Miguel and Enid are wonderful.

The drop off and pick-up process was super easy and Enid was very accommodating with the time frames. The RV itself was clean and ready for us to use and she left us with everything we needed. She was a great host and we would absolutely work with her again!

Our experience was PERFECT! Very kind and helpful people. The camper was in perfect condition and had a lit of extras included! Seriously all you need to bring is your clothing and your food and you are set!
My only suggestion would be to include a game or two or even a deck of cards or dice for rainy days!

They made this so easy for us with delivery/pickup. The RV was well stocked and spacious. Enid was very helpful showing us all the in and outs and features of the RV. Miguel was helpful as well staying in communication and with the set up and just an over all nice guy. Long story short, you’re not gonna find better hosts than these 2. Highly recommended!

The trip was amazing! Rental was efficient and easy. Communication was excellent. The Perez’s made accommodations for us above and beyond and they were gracious hosts. The equipment was in perfect condition. We will rent from them again.

This was our first time renting and Miguel and Enid made it a great experience. The camper arrived on time and was like new. The owners really go the extra mile and try to anticipate anything and everything that one may need while camping. The only suggestion I would make is to place some of those extras in a tub in the underneath storage to allow a bit more room for the renters “stuff”. We have already passed out cards to some of the other residents where we were staying and we will definitely rent again!

We had a great trip. The RV owners are exceptional! The RV comes with EVERYTHING you need except food and clothes! They made it so easy and comfortable. They are some of the kindest people I have ever meet. Their response time to any questions or concerns was impeccable. I highly recommend them! You won’t regret it!

The Travel trailer was amazing. Very clean had everything we needed from toilet paper and tooth brushes to cups plates bowls and they even threw in some snacks for my kiddos I will certainly use this travel trailer in the future. Amazing and easy communication. Flawless pickup and drop off
