Adam and his team were very responsive. The RV was great. The trip went very smooth for a first time renter. I would recommend Adam for anyone looking to rent an RV.

These guys are pros. Had everything ready for me and even delivered to the Portland ME airport. The RV is the right size. Enough room for everyone but still manageable on the road. No complaints. I’d rent again.

The pictures of the RV on the web are probably 10 years old. I wish the pictures were up to date as the vehicle is 10 years old and has some wear on it. There was an odor in the RV.

Trailer delivered clean and set up in a tight place. Bob did a good job walking us through the unit and made sure we understood all the features. Worked out wonderfully for our family and we look forward to working with them again next year!

The communication with the company was excellent. Everything in the RV was super clean very comfortable will be renting again.

Adam was great to work with and made the entire process easy. Our original booking (another renter) cancelled and Adam helped get us a trailer that same day. He answered every question quickly, pickup and drop off were flexible and easy. I could not have asked for a better experience as a first time renter.

RV had few issues such as toilet was backing up and we had to call the helpline to switch off city water and then drain out. This is despite the fact that we never used the toilet and only used campground toilets. The RV is spacious and worked well for us, but it does need some work. Our trip was nice. I will use Outdoorsy again.

First RV user so needed a lot of hand holding. Adam was quick to respond and hold my hand through every step of the rental. Definitely will be coming back to rent from him again in the future.

I took this RV on a fall road trip through New England and it was PERFECT from start to finish. The rig was spotless, easy to drive, and clearly cared for—everything worked exactly as it should (heat, hookups, kitchen, the whole nine yards). It handled mountain roads and small-town streets without stress, and setup at campsites was a breeze.
