We are Joel and Emilya and we have 2 kids - Shaun (7) and Bennett (4). They both love to travel in an RV and enjoy camping as a family and as well along with their cousins. We had planned to buy our RV a little later in our lives, but knowing about the Outdoorsy platform where we can share our RV when we are not using and make money from Renting - we gave it a shot, and here we are !! Excellent motorhome, very spacious inside, and drives wonderfully. The RV is very clean and in great condition. Highly recommend!

The RV is old and dated.
The steering column is very bad!!
It was not well cleaned and had a stale smell.
The water tank was not full.
The toilet tank was extremely full.
The water barely worked.
The shower clogged from a back up.
We were unable to use the toilet or shower.
The refrigerator was dirty and extremely rusty!!

The RV is old and dated. Steering is very hard. Refrigerator was extremely old and rusty. Toilet never worked. Shower stayed clogged. I didn’t receive a full tank of gas. I didn’t received a full tank of water.

I wasn’t planning on leaving a bad review but I was surprised to see an additional charge for repairs after the RV was returned. It was extremely hot and one of the plastic doors on the side of the unit came unglued during our drive. This was caused by the excessive heat and not my negligence.The check engine light came on shortly after we left Chicago and it began to struggle up hills a few hours into our trip. I had to make many stops due to these issues. The six hour trip took almost eleven hours each way. This could have been avoided with regular maintenance. The issue was known upon pick up and should never have been rented out in the first place. It was unsafe on the highway and took two days away from our vacation in travel time.

Joel was communicative, responsive, and helpful. The RV was clean and ran beautifully. The camper slept 6 comfortably: 2 5’8”, ~150 lb males above the driver/passenger seats, one 5’8”, 150 lb male on the couch, one 6’2”, 250 lb male on the table bed (though that was a bit tight given his height), and two 5’9”, 150-200 lb males in the bed in back.

First time RV experience, was for a weekend trip. Kids had fun and for our first time it was a challenging at times but also family enjoyed the adventure.
We had some minor issues with the RV but at the end of the weekend we wanted to test out what it was like and accomplish that

Overall the camping experience was pleasant using Joel's RV. Since it was a very hot day, the AC was not at all functioning while traveling, even when on generator. However, while at the site the AC worked well, no other issues noted. Joel is very friendly and attended our calls and answered all our questions. Next time, I would double confirm on the pickup and drop-off hours to avoid any confusions.

Joel was great! Awesome communication, and the RV was fantastic as well. I had it for a week and had no issues with it, everything worked perfect. When I picked it up it was nice and clean, not much more you could ask for! Thanks again Joel!
