Hi! My name is Aarthi. My partner Cameron and I co-own our amazing Sprinter Van. We and our two fur babies love to get out and adventure together. We enjoy hiking, camping, and exploring everything our beautiful country has to offer. Enjoyed the cozy bed and sheets/blankets, loved ceiling fan in the evening. Cooled off the back in a very hot evening in the valley. The kitchen supplied me of all I needed for making breakfast! Appreciated the fridge. We didn’t have to worry about getting ice. The supplies and essentials Cameron provided were well thought of! Biggest challenge, the van door, it was not easy to open and shut. It did open a couple of times while we were driving and we had to pull over and close it. The van was low in coolant, as we discovered driving to our destination. It was getting hot. We had to pull over to fill it up. The AC was also challenging and did not work for us so we did not end up using. I would recommend this van after all the challenges are addressed. To close, I appreciated that Cameron let us rent for 1 evening as a lot of rentals require 2 or more nights. Communication was great from beginning to end.

Safety concerns overshadowed the trip.Before the rental, I contacted Cameron directly to ask about any quirks. He acknowledged the sliding door had one but mentioned nothing else. At pickup he demonstrated a technique for closing it that required an extra push on the back of the door to engage the latch. What he didn't convey was that extra push isn't a reliable fix. On the return trip, it slid open while we were driving on the highway. A sliding door that cannot be reliably secured is not a quirk. It's a safety hazard.

We had an amazing experience with this camper van! It was perfect for our trip to explore Yosemite and Sequoia. The bed was super comfortable, and the kitchen setup had everything we needed. The door locks were a bit tricky at first, but once we figured them out, it was smooth sailing.
Cameron was fantastic in walking us through all the details when we picked up the van, making us feel confident for our first camper van adventure. Overall, it was a great choice for our first time, and we'd highly recommend it!

Baby Beluga treated us well and Cameron was very easy to work with. There are some finicky quirks about the van but nothing that hindered us on our trip to Carmel.
