The trailer we rented should not have been rented to anyone. The toilet didn't work, the axles were bent, the tires were low, the battery was missing, we had to use our own hitch cause the owners hitch didn't come with a pin and on the way home the tire fell off and the whole baring assembly flew off. We could no longer drive the trailer as the axel was hanging off and laying on the ground. After all of that the owner wouldn't release the $100.00 cleaning fee because she said there was dust on the counter.

Good trailer in excellent condition and spacious for a family of 4. Easy to tow for a first timer.
Would recommend this unit and would rent again.

Great trailer, but we were treated with unexplained contempt by the owner.Communication with the owner in advance was fine, but in person and communication (confirming return time) while on the trip was quite rude, which frankly surprised us, given the other reviews and pre-trip communication. We showed up exactly on time, and had returned the unit in excellent shape and very clean. The interactions with the owner on drop off and pickup frankly put a bit of a damper on our trip, not a good way to start or end our trip!

I had rented the trailer for 5 days to attend a function in Okotoks. Doug was very helpful to answer all my questions to ensure my trip was accommodated. The trailer was exactly as noted on the website and everything worked perfectly. The pick-up and return of the unit was easy and convenient, all in all the best vacation I've had in a long time. I highly recommend this trailer as a campers palace!

Douglas is very organized and punctual.
I told him about weak gas rams that do not hold outdoor kitchen door up...... bit of a pain but he was eager to here of any problems and I’ll bet it is corrected for next renter.
