Unfortunately, I would not host this guest again. I explained during check-in that the RV uses an absorption refrigerator, which takes time to cool and operates differently than a residential refrigerator. When the guest reported concerns, I immediately asked for a photo of the refrigerator controls so I could troubleshoot the issue remotely. I requested this friday morning but I did not receive the requested photo until Sunday morning, shortly before the scheduled return, and the refrigerator was shown to be turned off. This prevented me from assisting while the rental was still in progress.

The overall rental experience was excellent. Good instructions from Stephen, and lots of communication. We had a few hiccups during our trip and Stephen was available to answer questions. Pick-up and drop off was straight forward and well communicated. Pricing was superb. Lots of concessions were made to accommodate me working night shift so I could enjoy a trip with my family.

Super disappointed. The fridge didn't work at all for entire 3 days. The hosts are claiming it works just fine and not willing to reimburse us at all. We had to get ice all weekend and threw away food. Also the door was incredibly hard to open and we had to open it for my girls each time. Even the adults had to pull hard. They are also denying this is true. I'm leaving a bad review because of the lack of ownership for these issues. I understand things happen and maybe they didn't know the fridge wasn't working or they didn't realize the door was getting stuck but to deny it completely is not okay and to blame us like we did something wrong. Why would be lie about the fridge not working. It was a huge inconvenience since we weren't prepared with proper coolers.
