We loved hosting Lindsey and Topher and their family. They were incredibly mindful and considerate throughout their trip and took excellent care of the RV. Communication was smooth and easy from start to finish. We would gladly rent to them again and highly recommend them to any host.

Unfortunately, Kevin and his group of friends were not kind to our RV. We were told they were taking it to Big Bend for a private gathering that ended up being a music festival. They returned our RV 3 hours late after we already gave them an extension and it was covered with an inch of sand and dust. Candy was left in the bunks, trash and personal items were scattered all over. They stained our bedding with pink, black and yellow substances. They booked the RV for 6 then we were told it was 8, but we are pretty sure they had more than that. We worked very hard to have the RV ready for them 2 hours earlier than our booking states to allow them as much time for a long trip. We will not allow them to rent from us again and have asked Outdoorsy ban them from the platform. We really try to make sure everyone has an amazing time in our RV. To our disappointment these "adults" were worst than children.

We recently rented this RV for a one-day trip, and it was honestly a perfect experience from start to finish. The van is incredibly well thought out — every little detail has been considered. It’s fully equipped with all the amenities you could need, plus so many small, useful touches that made the trip comfortable and stress-free.

The Thor Freedom was well maintained. We traveled across SW Utah to the National Parks and it fit my family of 5. Christine was available by text or phone to answer any questions we had about operating the RV.
We used nearly all the features - bathroom, water pump, water storage and most importantly - the heater.
