David was very responsive, walked me through all of the features of the trailer with white glove customer service. Plenty of amenities for our short trip. We were at a full hookup site during FL summer and the AC kept us nice and cool. Will surely book again for our next adventure.

I want to highly recommend this camper and Carlos. From the very beginning I had what felt like a million questions before I even decided to rent, and he answered every single one without hesitation. His customer service was on another level. That same kindness and patience continued all the way through the trip. When he dropped the camper off, he took his time walking me through everything and made sure I felt confident and comfortable before he left.

Overall, communication started off well, however, as delivery date approached communication was slow. I was not informed in the beginning the van would be going to a festival (Lightning in a Bottle) until the day I picked up the guests from airport.
I usually respond quickly to guests questions and did so in this case, but did not hear anything back. I checked up on him the next day but silence again until the day of return.
Return was late and van was returned in rough condition. I am not expecting the van to be sparkling clean upon return, but it appears there was no effort to respect my property.
I found broken and missing items. many items were tossed randomly throughout the van and I spent much more time than usual searching for everything.
I would not rent to Logan again.

Camper was amazing and Cyndi and her husband were so helpful throughout the whole process ! They even helped my husband with troubleshooting with his own truck lights when we picked the camper up !!! The camper was so clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful getaway !

Christina was a great host, always got back super fast. The only one thing about the trailer is there is not enough essentials to actually go camping with in the trailer. If we hadn't been with other people, we would not have been able to cook. Also there were sheets but no comforter(s), but we thankfuly brought our sleeping bags.
