John was really helpful and great through the entire process! We are new to campers and he really made sure we knew everything we needed to know. The camper itself was clean and perfect for what we needed. Two adults and two large doodles fit great! Linens are not provided, so plan ahead for that. The ac was nice and cold!! That being said, if you have a curious dog you plan to leave in the camper, take the keys with you! The door locking mechanism can be engaged with a snout boop, locking the curious dogs in.
