Alan was a phenomenal host and the RV was well equipped and worked perfectly for our trip. Alan and his partner were incredibly accommodating and willing to work with us on pick up time and location as well as drop off. They had forgotten to stock our sheets before the trip (which was fine because we brought our own) and they were willing to have a new set shipped to us or figure out a way to get a set to us. Incredibly accommodating! We had an active line of communication the entire time to ask questions and address any potential issues as they arose.

Margaret was wonderful to communicate with! She left our camper clean, and in order. Im so glad she and her family had a wonderful time at Jellystone, and we hope she will rent from us again!!!

Unfortunately, I would not rent to Gary again. He did take very good care of my camper, I appreciate that. However, he left a very negative review and claimed there were 4 "very bad" things wrong with my camper from "neglect". The awning is missing, that is true. I provided a 10x10 awning at no charge. His 2nd complaint was about a stabilizer jack not working. However it is a front jack and it does not cause the camper to move around at all. His 3rd complaint was about missing or damaged coaxial cables. I'm not sure what he was expecting, but the campground doesn't provide cable tv. I explained that the Smart TVs could be used with streaming services. His final complaint was about a propane fitting breaking AFTER I had showed him that everything worked with the stove. The worst part of this interaction was that I texted back and forth with him every day to see if everything was good. His reply was always that "everything was fine". When I showed up to pick up he said they were upset because he hadn't checked out on time. I was there when he told me to be. He also tried to blame me because the septic onsite was broken & leaked. At least he didn't try to blame me for that.

Lora and her family selected a great spot for a weekend vacation getaway with the Snug Bug! They took great care of the camper and left it in great shape per the check-out instructions. Would love to rent to them again!
