Great communication as to when to pick up and drop off. It was communicated that the trailer would be washed on the outside as well as the black tank dumped. Neither occurred. Unfortunately there was damage to the post that holds the tongue up.

The camper floor was left quite dirty and the refrigerator and freezer was as well. We don't require the floor to be mopped but when spills happen we would appreciate that they be cleaned up especially considering we provide paper. The thermostat on the air conditioner was set at 57°. If there was trouble keeping the camper cool we would have appreciated you reach out. Communication was good and there does not appear to be any damage.
