Alicia and Jesse were great renters! They are very experienced and used mostly their own equipment! In fact, they may have been the easiest rental couple we have had! They brought the Revel back in good condition and did not experience any difficulties at all! I would highly recommend them to anyone renting out their RV!

I had a bad experience with this rental service. When I returned the car, they charged extra money that was not mentioned earlier. This felt unfair and unprofessional. I will never rent a car from here again.

Thank you for your feedback, Chandra. I do want to clarify the situation for anyone reading this. No extra charges were added by us. The price difference from the original Turo listing was because you requested unlimited miles, which you and I discussed and agreed on before the booking was finalized. The valet fee you are referring to was a charge from the Omni Hotel, not from us. That was a decision you made independently when dropping the vehicle off. We had no involvement in or knowledge of that choice ahead of time. We always aim to be transparent with our guests and go out of our way to accommodate them, including offering direct bookings to help save money. We wish you well and hope you find a service that works for you.

The van is excellent, has everything you need, and runs perfectly for exploring every corner of the island. Steve is a top-tier host—very attentive and kind at all times. We couldn't have asked for a better setup for our trip. Five stars well-deserved!
