We book a trailer for drop off and it arrived on time and the host was able to park it in the desired area.. he set it up and walked us through the use of the trailer and all the systems and how they worked. It was very hot and the AC worked to keep the unit comfortable especially at night for sleeping. Beds was comfortable enough and linens clean and the bed made up.
We used this at a family reunion so we didn’t need to cook in the unit but did use the fridge for drinks and they stayed nice and cold. We had a few days of hard rain and used the awning to make walking into the house easy and not get so wet. We had to catch a plane so didn’t get to see the host at check out but he came out and got the trailer with no problems and our family text is saying everything was great.. thank you for letting us rent your trailer we will most likely do it again some day.

This was our first experience with Outdoorsy and ir exceeded expectations! The camper was clean and had all the extras that a group could need, e.g. everything from sheets to exterior lights for ambience and tongs to flip chicken pieces. Justin communicated clearly throughout the reservation and ran through all of the the set-up instructions , tips and tricks thoroughly. He was also available during the rental, if necessary. This was a great experience and we're already lookimg forward to the next.

We had a great time in Justin's RV. Everything worked well and it was so roomy and comfortable. Justin really made it easy for us by delivering it on time, setting it up for us and picking it up at the end of the festival. Highly recommend!!
