Michelle was a phenomenal host. When we had a minor mechanical issue, she travelled over 3 hours with her young family in tow to aid us. She bent over backwards to make our trip a great expert

Michelle was fantastic to work with, great communication and really cares. I would highly recommend using her for your next rental. RV worked great for family of 5 driving up the coast for a week!

Michelle was terrific to work with in preparation for our trip. Even though I am familiar with RVing, her YouTube videos were informative. My girlfriend and I drove from Utah to Bishop, CA for a camping/climbing trip, then visited friends in Los Angeles, and stopped by Las Vegas on our way back to Utah. The van drove well with no issues, and had more than everything we needed.

Loved the RV… Michelle was great and so helpful in planning our trip with us… Her RV is dependable, and very , very easy to drive. If you have never driven an RV before, and you want a fun family adventure, this is the one for you! Michelle also has a lot of camping gear, etc. to help you with your trip.. So if you are flying to Utah to pick up the RV, this is the best case scenario!

I would recommend renting for a week instead of a couple of days with checkin/checkout/cleaning but that was our limitation not theirs.

Everything about our first time renting an RV was great. This particular RV was perfect. Michelle, the owner, was extremely helpful and responsive. It would be hard to expect much more out of either an RV, Outdoorsy, or the RV owner - I have nothing but positives to say & recommend renting this RV.
