Working with Scottsdale RV Life and directly with Chris was nothing short of a full concierge RV experience. Chris has exceptional communication skills. He is highly responsive, and his ability to provide clear concise answers was invaluable to us as first-time RV renters. This level of service is not often experienced in any industry. We rented the Grech Class B and loved it. We felt prepared and ready for an adventure. It had all the conveniences of home. Chris did a thorough job of explaining how to use the systems and the technology. We traveled with comfort and confidence. We are already planning our next adventure and will work with Chris.

I believe return check in could be better then 11am. Most rentals have travel time. Meaning that would need to packup before day break.

We had a wonderful experience! Katherine and her husband were extremely helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The RV was exceptional and they had wonderful communication making it a 5 star experience.

We have rented a lot of vans to adventure out west and this was by far our favorite experience to date. Anthony gave an indepth guide to all the features of the van prior to departure. As it is an older van, it does have a smaller gas tank as to be expected so plan gas stop accordingly. We camped with our infant and had space for a bassinet. Even with lows in the 40s the van was warm without an additional heat source with just sleeping bags. The head space with the pop up and additional bed were awesome as we had some rain and were able to have additional space to stay out of the elements. Plus Chewie is just such an awesome fan and experience if you never experienced a VW camper van.
