Steven rented us his 36 ft. camper that has been used a little harder than we were expecting; or as he said when I picked it up, it was kind of "hammered together during Covid lock-down when the demand was so high for campers from people trying to get out of their house." and maybe wasn't quite as well constructed as it could have been. Driving the camper home the night of the pick-up, some underpinning / panels were coming off and dragging as I pulled into my neighborhood. Steven showed up 8 am and next morning, day of our departure to "rig" some boards up underneath where they were loose and missing. The front driver side stabilizer leg was broken and bent severely and was patched with what looked like JB Weld which could not hold and had opened up in the process of extending the leg. I noticed this and mentioned to him and he explained someone tried to jack up the trailer with the stabilizer legs and that happened. When we arrived at our campsite we noticed it was impossible to level out the trailer with the broken leg and I had to pull out my truck's bottle jack and use a slab of firewood we brought to post up the trailer as it was a little wobbly feeling inside walking around. The girls were complaining of the smell in the trailer and the lack of cleanliness. The main bed was missing a flat sheet and the 4 towels in the bathroom need to be replaced with ones that aren't stained and dingy. The photograph of the kitchen showed a spice rack on the wall but there was no spice rack anywhere and none of beds were made up like in the photos. He dumped the linens on the main bed the day of the pick up. The next morning after fixing the underpinning, he decided to put the sheets on bed for the sake of my wife. We didn't realize there as only a fitted sheet and a comforter. We really would have preferred a sheet as well. There are several dings, bumps and bruises around the inside and the outside of the trailer and if he continues to rent this trailer the next customers really need to pay attention and take good photos of the condition. I don't think for a second that Steven would try and unfairly charge anyone for damage not incurred from other renters, but it's quite a bit of damage. We felt at this price point we paid to rent this trailer and the prices of other trailers this poor thing would have been a little better shape.

I can't say enough great things about Steven and his camper. I rented Steven's camper for a fishing weekend with several buddies. Steven was easy to work with and very professional. I used the delivery and pickup option and Steven handled that like a pro. The camper is exceptionally nice and seven adult men slept very comfortably in it. I will rent from Steven every time I have the chance.

This camper was great! They delivered and set everything up. It was perfect. Big enough for a large family! Communication was great and super easy to work with.
