Our stay was okay—largely because we chose to make it so. Communication with Omar was excellent. We traveled from California to Florida, which complicated the pickup; we arrived two hours late and had to pay an extra fee as a result (the scheduled time was 4:00 PM, but we arrived at 6:15 PM). The first thing we noticed was the discrepancy in size: the RV measures 30 feet on the outside but 26 feet on the inside—an important detail regarding capacity. Driving it was difficult because the door kept flying open, forcing us to stop and close it repeatedly. That’s what made us decide to have them pick it up rather than taking it ourselves—we had to pay an extra cost once again. The biggest challenge was showering; the shower door and the faucets handel was broken, and the showerhead didn't put out enough water. During the day, the interior temperature would climb to 88°F, making it unbearable to stay inside, though it did cool down at night. The master bedroom's only small window was broken, making it hard to direct airflow toward the bed. This wasn't our first time in an RV, which is why I consider the rental experience to have been just okay.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience! The RV was clean, comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed for a great trip. Everything was well maintained and exactly as described. The entire process was smooth and easy, and the communication was excellent from start to finish.

5 stars across the board. Omar and the host were incredibly helpful from start to finish. As a first timer towing and hitching an RV of this size with my Jeep Grand Cherokee, I had a lot of questions, and they really took the stress out of the process. They walked me through everything, made sure the hitch setup was correct, and took the time to explain how everything worked in a way that was easy to understand.

My husband and I had the pleasure of renting the "YHOW" RV from February through the end of April, and the experience exceeded our expectations in every way. The RV was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable extended stay.

My family and I had an amazing experience with this RV. We highly recommend! We had it for over a week and all of the details that the owner added to the RV made it feel like home. Definitely more upscale than your traditional RV experience. The owner was extremely responsive anytime we had a question. We will definitely be renting this RV again for our next family trip.

The RV needed some upkeep. Bathroom door came off the hinges the first day.
We were never able to fix it and had no privacy in the bathroom.

These RVs are always fully inspected and in working condition prior to pickup. During the 5-day rental, no issues with the bathroom door or dining table were reported at any time, despite clear instructions during pickup and in the agreement to report any problems immediately so we can assist. At return, the bathroom door was found detached and left inside the bathroom, requiring repair. This had not been an issue in prior rentals and was only mentioned at drop-off, not during the trip. More importantly, the RV was returned with significant, unreported exterior damage, including a large side impact along the driver side extending from the midsection to the rear of the unit, which was not a minor scratch. If the issues described in the review had occurred as stated, they should have been reported during the rental, and no such communication was received.
