The communication with the seller was great. They were prompt and clear. They offered several add-ons that didn’t come with extra cost and was very flexible with the pickup time. There were a couple issues; one with the camper and one with the provided bedding. One of the beds had a leaning/drooping corner that we couldn’t figure out how to remedy. That caused us to roll a bit uncomfortably toward that corner. The bedding provided looked new but carried with it an unpleasant mildew smell. We decided not to use the bedding for this reason. We would certainly rent from this seller again as they would likely remedy the stated issues the next time around.
