There were a couple of hiccups but Zoe, Burt's gracious and fantastic owner, was able to find get workarounds from her mechanic and provide us implementable fixes while we were on the road! Our desert trip and coastal adventures was magical and we can't wait to get out on the road again.

Zoe is incredible to work with. She is replies to your messages fast, and is very nice.
This was my first time driving and camping with a RV, and if you just watch the YouTube tutorial and take notes, you will become pro by the end of the trip.
To make things more smoothly, you can always message Zoe any questions and she always replied right away.
Definitely a great experience, especially with young kids and pets.

The RV was great and Zoe was awesome! We had a great time on our 1 week trip to Yosemite. The van kept us comfy and warm on the 25deg nights. Cooked lots of meals and had tons of fun!

Zoe was great and easy to contact. Betty was a great RV and we had three kids with us and had enough space without pulling out our hair. The storage under the RV was large enough to store 1 adult bike and 2 kids bike. The bunk had a guard so the kids didn't fall out while sleeping. Highly recommend!

Zoe is awesome! The RV (Betty) was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Everything worked. Zoe was very flexible with the times to pick up and return, which was great. Pleasure to deal with her. I highly recommend renting from her.

First off I need to say Zoe was incredible. This was my first time renting an RV and I had so many questions. Zoe was very responsive and was so flexible. The RV was perfect, it still looked brand new. Everything worked great, especially the AC. Our family of four fit perfectly, plenty of space. 6 passenger, would be tight, but doable. We went dry camping, but with this RV it felt like we had full hookups. We had everything we needed. I would definitely rent Zoe's RV again.

From the first communication with Zoe until the last day of our six week rental of "Betty", we had nothing but great experiences. Zoe was always available, and even when she was traveling, she got back to us within 24 hours with answers to our questions. Our first time renting an RV, and the experience was awesome. We will be back for more, and hopefully with Betty and Zoe again. Perfect size RV for two or three, was in great shape, and we had no mechanical issues whatsoever. Zoe was incredibly accommodating to virtually all our needs. Thanks so much, Zoe!
