The WORST renters on earth! They knew they were going over their mileage, so they canceled their card on file in the middle of their trip to avoid getting charged for them. They even admitted to doing this. When they got back and I mentioned how they need to pay for their additional miles, Gary threw every curse word at me and called me all sorts of names. He then threatened to "Whip my A" and destroy my RVs if I pursued trying to charge him for the additional miles, despite this all listed on my listing page and signing on the departure forms and rules forms agreeing to this before leaving. He needs to be banned from using this platform. DO NOT RENT TO THEM!!!!

Doug is an incredible. He was very communicative, responsive and honest. The trailer was very good. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to rent again!

Mixed experience. On the positive side, the trailer was returned clean. On the negative side, there was damage to an interior door that was not reported and appeared to be intentionally obscured. Everything else went smoothly, but the lack of communication regarding the damage was disappointing.

Robert was an amazing host and provided many thoughtful items within the RV so that we were fully prepared. He took the time to fully explain all the RV features, was genuinely interested in our adventure and was dedicated to us having an incredible and unforgettable RV adventure! He was instrumental in saving our trip when our other RV rental was cancelled just 3 weeks before our travel plans (we were flying into Albuquerque from NY) and we couldn't be happier that it worked out the way it did. We especially loved the RV layout with the twin beds in the back and the incredible electrical set up that ensured we never ran out of power, Robert is a wizard! This was our 5th year renting an RV, for a multi-state trip, and the amenities and small touches Robert included, surpassed all our other rental experiences. Thank you Robert!
