Communication was good from start to end. The camper was delivered at an agreed upon time. Walked me through how to operate the camper since this was my first time. Camper was very clean, had a wonderful box of essential kitchen items and general cleaning items available for our use. We were even offered clean linens but opted to use our own since we had already brought them.

Super smooth and easy! I changed my mind at the last minute to have the camper delivered, which was no problem. He had the camper there and set up when I arrived, and broke it all down and haul it away right before we left. We had a minor kitchen issue, but again he was super understanding and worked with us to work it out. all in all a great experience and would absolutely rent again!

We had an awesome experience, considering it was the 1st time we went glamping! Having this camper really made our trip easy and super comfortable! I thoroughly enjoyed kz sportsman.
