About Wild Way Wanderers Van

Hey there! We’re Ala & Alex! Both are compulsive wanderers. We enjoy living simply. We are passionate about good food, travel, and going on adventures. Alex is a coffee snob. After being in home construction for many years Alex wanted to enjoy his weekends camping. So we fulfilled a lifelong dream of building our own camper van and now we get to share it with y’all. We both enjoy contacting with new people and sharing stories, and we’re sincerely happy to host you. We try really hard to make each guest stay wonderfully memorable. Can’t wait to meet you!

The van was perfect! Great hosts who made sure we had everything we needed and more. I would 100% rent from them again! Great for a weekend getaway or a longer trip. Could not recommend enough!

Absolutely loved my mom-cation getaway weekend for a race in East Tennessee. Flew in to Knoxville and took an Uber to pickup location. Alex had the van ready and was waiting for me curbside. He thoroughly explained the van quickly and had me on the road right away. Off to pick up groceries and my vacation began. I loved every minute I got to spend in the camper and only wish I had more time to enjoy it. I highly recommend renting from Alex and Ala!

This van was super fun! Everything was easy to use and it was clean and ready to go when we picked it up. Would definitely recommend!

Alan and Alex Tom were great and were very helpful.
The vehicle is great and the camper arrangement has been built by them and they have done a good job of putting it all together and it is a work in progress so there is some things not completed.
The only complaint we had was the bed is to short. But they said they were going to fix that with extending the sides of the van in the sleeping area.
Would definitely recommend them and there camper and definitely recommend to get out into Gods beautiful creation.

Ala and Alex were wonderful hosts. The Campervan worked well and was enjoyable to live in. Alex was very patient in explaining where everything was in the van and how to make everything work properly. It was easy to drive and got about 21 miles to the gallon (diesel). The van was furnished with everything that I needed, and then some some. I wouldn’t hesitate a moment to rent from them again. Thanks you two!

Rented the Ala & Alex for me and the wife to go to Bonnaroo. It was a must have for the summer heat in Tennesseee. Killer AC all weekend, make sure you rent the generator!

Enjoyed renting with Alex and Ala. They were very helpful and communication was impeccable.The rental overall was satisfactory although slightly expensive than options, we felt the extra money was well spent especially coz we could drive around the National park w/o the need for a separate car. Few add-ons feel heavy on the pocket but the owners were kind to work with us on that, which really helped. The owners were also kind to compensate an equipment malfunction by adding couple hours to the trip.
