We had a flat tire on the trailer, electrical problems in the trailer that we ended up fixing and the brakes on the trailer never worked. The tires on the trailer are very worn and I would recommend complete replacement. The host was very nice, but charged a cleaning fee because the trailer was not clean enough. We did clean the trailer, but not good enough I guess. I think we should have gotten a partial refund because of these issues but instead we get a cleaning fee added on. As I shared with the host, this whole experience was very disappointing.

Trailer was perfect for our family of four and our dog. The heat/AC worked great along with the fridge/freezer. Nice to pack up the fridge the night before and not worry so much about coolers. Very accommodating and will rent from again

We had a good time on our camping trip and able to enjoy this trailer very much. We had a couple of small issues that I feel like were due to our own inexperience with trailers. The hosts were generally quick to respond and talked through our question we had before and during our trip whenever we needed something. The trailer was clean and had more than enough utilities, utensils, and amenities than we needed. Would definitely book with them again.

Tracy and her husband are very nice people and made my trip very easy. The rv was great and meet my groups need. Unfortunately I returned the rv with some damages but Tracy and her husband we’re understanding and help me threw the insurance process to replace all the parts. If they no longer allow the rental for music festival it is entirely my fault 😅.
