We had a great experience with this RV rental. The pickup and dropoff process was well articulated in advance by the host, and we met in a convenient location. The RV was clean and well apportioned with amenities like cooking utensils and clean, comfortable bed linens. The RV had a lot of great amenities like heat without needing to run a loud generator (great for the cool fall nights in the mountains). We had a great trip.

Our rental went without a hitch. The Sprinter Van felt like it was brand new and Marsha and Derek couldn’t have been nicer. We’ll definitely be renting again.

This is a nice Class B RV. Lots of available power from the Volta battery system. I'm considering a mobile office on wheels for my consulting work. I was interested in trying out the Sprinter chassis with the diesel engine based on the research I done on different van chassis over the last 3 years (including Promaster & Transit). This Sprinter was easy to drive in both rainy & dry roads. I drove it about 250 miles in the 2 days I rented it. It has a lot of great safety systems & the back up camera gave a nice wide view. The awning was acting up and not fully deploying in non-windy weather, but Derek & Marsha are aware of it. An RV like this is a worthy candidate for my search.

From start to finish this was a great experience. Marsha is a super host and made the hand-off and return super easy and smooth. The Sprinter was the perfect option for a first -time RV experience. The Mercedes cockpit and the cabin controls are well laid out and easy to use. Driving over 5,000 miles in three weeks, the Sprinter is comfortable to drive (no butt fatigue) and felt very safe in all weather conditions. The bed was great and easy to convert; and the cabin heater very effective through multiple nights in the low 20s. We highly recommend Marsha and the Mercedes Sprinter for your RV experience, you will be very happy if you do.

My wife and I wanted to do something different this fall so we rented a camper van. I was interested in this particular van because of the Volta battery system. We met with the owners who were very personable. Quick walkthrough. Fortunately we had a reservation at a campground because the water system apparently had air in it and was unusable for most of the trip. Everything else seems to work except for the tank gage They told us later it was a software issue that the factory would fix. Also a window valance came off leaving the interior visually exposed until I used alien tape to reattach it . They told us when we returned that they were aware of the problem, so i guess our worries weren’t necessary. Over all we had a great time in the blue ridge mountains. The Mercedes chassis is top of the line. Not sure that the Tiffen parts are up to the same standards yet.

This was an amazing experience, Marsha and Derek are great hosts, incredibly nice people, easy to work with and super responsive. Any questions we had got answered immediately. So many features on the van it was a joy to drive! I liked driving it better than my own cross trek.
