Chase was very easy to communicate with and was available during our trip with the few (small) issues that we had. The one thing I will say about the trailer is that it is well loved and used by people who (probably) don't care about maintaining the vehicle. While it was mostly clean, it could use a good deep cleaning, like under the top mattress, under the stove top and between seat cushions. There are small things that are falling apart, like the vent being held on with one screw, and such that could be maintained easily. There were sheets and towels and all were clean, but it needs a new mattress or topper for the bed in the back, as it is very lumpy. Also, newer pillows would be nice...we bough one for $10 at Walmart. Overall, though, the RV was great. It safely got us from point A to point B. We enjoyed our stay and had a great time. The price is right and Chase is great.

Great experience through and through! The only issues were the radio could only operate through Bluetooth and maybe time for a new fry pan but other than that it was amazing! Chase was very responsive and his videos covered everything we needed to know!

We had a great time. RV has the best sleeping arrangements. Host is very good in communicating.

My husband, our 2 kids and my brother and his kid took the RV out east for a little camping trip to see the beauty of WA state. We all fit and were able to have a comfortable spot for the kids to rest and us adults. It was accommodating and easy to drive as we did a day trip to Leavenworth.

Chase is a great communicator and kind host. The family RV is in excellent condition and it’s cool that the family has found a way to share the ability to get out and about in comfort.
