What a great trip! The van was comfortable for 3 (plus dog) & easy to drive. Having 4-wheel drive gave us peace of mind when traveling through snowy areas, too. Sol was very helpful showing us everything we needed to know before hitting the road.

We had an outstanding time renting this van for our 10 day trip across the Southwestern US. It did well on bumpy forest roads and in ice — SolRising is ready for any condition. The extra large battery and water tank made it so we could stay off the grid the entire trip which was very convenient for dispersed camping. The second rear seat doubled perfectly for our dog’s sleeping area and fit her bed perfectly.

If you haven't rented a Storyteller, Solrising is your chance. Excellent "garage" space. Easy to drive. Enough electricity to last a few days. And Sol is wonderful.

Sol Rising was the most efficiently designed floor plan. We had a great 5-day trip, much of it off road in the Sierra. Sol was very accommodating and helpful. We'll rent from him again on our next trip.
