Ryan and Katie truly have this RV packed with everything you need to have an enjoyable trip. You just need to bring food, clothing and toiletries. We came from out of state and had the best time. Ryan is very communicative and answered everything quickly..

Our new trailer was left dirty, stove top shattered, burned counter, hot glass melted the floor, dog destroyed the door screen. Stains and damage everywhere I look. This is supposed to be an experienced host? Nice way to treat a new trailer!

Karri was most helpful, communicative, and had uploaded several videos on the operation of her RV. As this was my first time renting an RV, she allowed me to complete a test drive during which she provided hints and suggestions. I would definitely rent from her again.

The camper was returned without damage, and communication during the rental was generally fine. Pickup was about 20 minutes later than scheduled without an update. During the pre-departure light check, I noticed the trailer lights were not functioning correctly (only the running lights were working). I pointed this out before departure, but the renter chose to leave anyway. Upon return, I found the electrical cord was not connected and had been draped over the hitch rather than properly secured. I recommend taking extra care to verify all towing equipment and electrical connections are functioning and properly secured before traveling.
