The unit was in very good shape and the delivery gal was very helpful. The unit was clean and nice. There were some problems that hopefully the owner will address so someone else doesn’t have to go through what I went through.
1. After the unit was delivered it started filling up with flys which I think were coming up from the drain. The delivery gal noticed the flys and commented. I had to purchase some fly strips which 4 of them filled up. In such a small space the flys and the strips were horrible. I did notify the owner about the flys. She did not offer a solution or help with the matter. After 3 days of dealing with the fly I had caught most of them .
2. The generator that I rented was a contractor type generator and it was too loud to run during the night or early morning. This wouldn’t have been a problem but the trailer’s battery’s would not hold through the night even with nothing on to drain them. And after they would run out of juice a blue light would flash until you charged the batteries again which I couldn’t because the thing ran so loud.
3. This really was annoying. Around 2:45 AM a AirPod tracking disc would go off beeping . It was very loud and I there was no way to stop the beeping which lasted around 15 minutes.
Hopefully the owner of this unit and the other units that she rents out will have the few items rectified for the other renters.
