Tony, his wife, and Sophie were quite helpful throughout. They answered my myriad questions in advance; provided a good review of the trailer; and helped out with a couple items that came up during the trip. The trailer worked well and was well equipped. Many folks at the campgrounds came up to us to enquire about the cute trailer. We pulled it with a Tesla Y. The car had no problem pulling, losing only 25% range (we'd expected to lose 50% range). Unfortunately, our car turns out to not be configured to recharge the trailer's battery - we'll need to get that upgraded on our car. We recommend this trailer.
