About Wendy's RV rentals
We have taken two long trips in our RV and have loved each one. Two year agp, we took a southern route through Colorado, New Mexico, Texas, Louisiana, and ended up traveling up the East Coast to Niagra Falls! Last year, we took the RV through Glacier National Park and into Banff, where we did a whitewater rafting trip and back down through Idaho. I have taken the RV throughout southern Utah and up to Jackson Hole, as well. It's a terrific way to see the sights and stop wherever you like.

We went to Yellowstone with this RV. Since Wendy was busy, her teenager son explained us about RV. However, he did not know well that he gave us lots of wrong information and we struggled a lot during the trip. Also, the bedding was full of dust. My mom who has allergy to dust had wheezing every single night. We never had this issue with other RV. Lack of information of handling RV and mom's condition made our trip so hard. Thus, I do not recommend this RV. I strongly recommend paying little more and get better RV. If not, your whole trip can be ruined.

Wendy was a very kind person. The communication was perfect. The RV is as described inside, functional and good size for us. We aren’t used to drive a RV. so like the direction is a little bit old it was not easy everyday. But we spent a great time in Yellowstone because of this nice way of traveling

Wendy was great! Very personable and polite and went out of her way to answer any questions that we had. The 2010 Ford Majestic RV was great - we had no problems getting to our destination (mountains south of Vernal, Utah). Plenty of sleeping room for my wife and me. Many amenities that we did not expect - plenty of dishes, pots for cooking, towels, bed blankets and sleeping bags, etc.

We had a great trip to the Tetons and Yellowstone in this mini-RV. The size made it easy to drive, and fit two adults and two kids just fine. It was a bit of a novelty and multiple other RV owners asked to peek inside to see the lay out. It was well maintained and we had no mechanical issues (though there is some cosmetic damage). We were annoyed that the side door wouldn't stay closed unless locked from the inside, which made it fairly useless, and the bathroom door was hard to open. Wendy was very flexible with pickup/drop off and the communication was great, so would definitely rent this again if we are back in the area.

If I were just reviewing Wendy, it would be 5 stars, no question. She was super nice, easy to communicate, and just a great person. The motorhome, however was super dirty and felt like it was falling apart. I specifically searched for one that didn’t allow pets because I’m allergic, however, the blankets and sleeping bags inside the RV had pet hair all over them and one of the drawers had some leftover pet food still inside next to the paper plates. My eyes were so itchy the first night I almost called Outdoorsy to ditch the motorhome and get a rental car home, but we made it work by letting the kids sleep up top and I slept down below with the kid’s blankets that we brought from home. We ended up having a good time, but I wouldn’t rent this one again. I will find something without as many miles (this one has just under 200,000) and ask specifically if pets have been inside. And ask for detailed pictures of the inside.

We had a great trip and experience working with Wendy and renting her RV. It was perfect for our little family of four. The RV was stocked with what we needed for our trip and Wendy was very helpful and communicated quickly. Would rent this again and recommend to others.
