The overall rental experience was excellent. Good instructions from Stephen, and lots of communication. We had a few hiccups during our trip and Stephen was available to answer questions. Pick-up and drop off was straight forward and well communicated. Pricing was superb. Lots of concessions were made to accommodate me working night shift so I could enjoy a trip with my family.

Did a loop around Colorado over the course of a 10 days. Van performed great. We got to see much more than would have been possible with hotel/AirBnB rentals. Shiva was a very responsive and accommodating host. Highly recommended if you want to explore CO with the added freedom that an RV provides.

We had a great time renting an RV that was delivered to our campsite and set up for us so we could join my family on their annual camping trip. It was delivered on time (in fact early!). We did have a problem with the generator that we rented daily. It wouldn't not start and after going through all the check lists, it was low of oil. Luckily my cousin had the correct oil to add so we could get the generator started. A few hick ups, which would have been a problem if we were on our own, but with a family of seasoned campers, we were able to manage.
