We had a great time in Williams and the trailer met most of our needs. We assumed the trailer would be set up for us once it was dropped but it was pretty easy to set it up ourselves. The main bed was comfortable and all of the kitchen supplies were provided. We had some issues with the fridge, but it worked great while the generator was on, not sure if the battery just went out or what. Ken was excellent to communicate with and very responsive. It was a last minute trip for us and Ken was very accommodating!

We had a wonderful experience. The RV is very well maintained, clean, and comes fully stocked with all the supplies you might need, from linens and dishes to utensils and a coffee maker. The owners were terrific, they gave me a thorough walk thru and made sure I was comfortable behind the wheel. They were very gracious and available by phone/text if I had any questions. I highly recommend!

He was a great renter! Communication was excellent from start to finish, and he was friendly, courteous, and easy to work with. He treated the rental process with respect, was responsible, and made everything go smoothly. It was a pleasure renting to him and his young family, and I would gladly rent to them again. This renter left my RV in shambles, burnt the counter tops, lost equipment, did not attempt to clean up as far as I can tell. Then they act as if they are shocked and have no idea that the damage even took place. This is the first time I’ve left a bad review even when exterior accidental damage happens (and they did that too) I don’t leave poor reviews. In this case I’ll warn other owners. Pass on these people.
