Jacques was a great renter. he asked all the right questions before departure and was well prepared for his trip. the van came back in great condition and he suggested some tips to me to make the rental even smoother next time.

Damaged my trailer and didn’t tell me about it. Returned my trailer very dirty. Most renters tidy up before returning. Dishes were left unwashed.
