We had an amazing experience with this Outdoorsy rental from start to finish. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. At pickup, Brian took the time to walk us through the travel trailer from top to bottom, making sure we understood how to use all of the features. That made our trip stress-free and enjoyable because everything was easy to use and well explained.

Cassandra and her family were wonderful renters! Unfortunately, they had some pretty rough weather during their trip and even lost power for two days during the crazy 100+ degree heat, but they handled everything incredibly well and still made the best of their trip. They took great care of our Grand Design 2800BH and were a pleasure to work with throughout the entire rental. We would absolutely rent to Cassandra and her family again and highly recommend them to other owners!
