The process was so easy with Matt. He was very responsive and on top of everything. He showed up when he said he was going to. Took care of all the set up. And he picked up and took care of the the tear down. I would definitely rent a camper through Matt again.

Rene and his wife were wonderful guests. They were friendly, communicated well, and even cleaned the interior prior to me picking up the trailer. We would rent to them again in a heartbeat!

It's always been a pleasure to have Ryan and his family take Ladybug. They are very clean and respectful every time. At this point, they have taken Ladybug a few times already and each time it has been a pleasure. It's great to see that Ryan and his family have enjoyed it each time and we'll gladly keep renting to them as long as they would like 😊

Jason was very nice, and accommodated a last minute rental (which I assume is why the unit wasn’t super clean). However, the RV drove rough, and there was an issue with the plug for the hot water heater. Luckily, we were able to bypass the heater to be able to flush the toilet, but were not able to wash dishes with hot water nor shower during the trip, which is one of the amenities we expected/paid for.

More communication needed pre trip. Trailer came back hooked up incorrectly and missing hitch pin after showing and explaining how system worked. Room for learning.

Thank you so much for looking after Amber so well. Renting her to you, your partner, and your wee doggo was an absolute pleasure, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Amber was returned spotlessly clean and in excellent condition, which was greatly appreciated. Communication was fantastic throughout, and it was clear she was well cared for during the hire. We would happily rent to you again and highly recommend you to other owners.

Dishonest review. On Day 2 of your trip, you contacted us demanding a partial refund, claiming the kitchenware wasn't 'complete' enough for your liking. To ensure your satisfaction, we offered a full refund if you returned the vehicle to us that same day. You completely ignored this offer and chose to keep the RV for the remainder of your trip, enjoying our vehicle while preparing to launch a false dispute upon return to get a free rental. Shop inspection revealed that the AC breaker had simply been switched off. More disturbingly, the brand-new indoor unit had visible mud-stained shoe prints and severe physical impact marks, which cracked the internal seals and ventilation pipes, along with displaced plastic covers. We provided you with a clean, fully functional vehicle with an accurate fuel log. It is unacceptable to intentionally damage a host's property and manufacture complaints in an attempt to extort a free trip. We do not tolerate extortion or property abuse."
