Clay was an excellent renter of Serenity! I appreciate that he really took the time to understand how to use the systems and be a good steward of the vehicle. The vehicle was returned freshly cleaned and in perfect working order. He great communication throughout the whole rental process, from booking until returning the vehicle, and is also just a really nice guy in general! I would not hesitate to rent to Clay again. Diego is super easy to work with. The RV was in great condition and they showed us all the trailer's features, so we were able to use the propane cooktop, hot water heater for showers, toilet, etc. It was easy to pull with my Tacoma. This is my second rental from Diego and I would definitely rent from him and Outdoorsy again.
