Rachel and her family were great renters! Communication and cleanliness were fantastic. She followed all rules and returned the camper to me very clean! Looking forward to renting to her again!

Had a lovely trip visiting Zion! Needed to rent a car and needed a few camping bits so this was great! Some of the tent bits were broken unfortunately but we were able to manage! Very spacious tent! The portable cooker also kept setting itself on fire (lol) so we were unable to use that but good thing we were able to have a wood fire! Overall, great communicators and a wonderful trip!

We had a great experience with the rental. The van was brand new, clean, and spacious, making our trip very comfortable. The host was easy to communicate with and super responsive throughout the entire process. Would absolutely rent again!

Guest left rv in good condition. We even let guest keep rv a couple extra hours free of charge since it was a wedding event and they said they partied a little extra. Guest was upset we charged him for missing decor 4 days after pick up. I informed him Outdoorsy gives us 7 days to make charges. Guest was still upset but I explained we take pride in our decor and service. He threatened to give us a bad review. Since item was easily replaceable, I was in a good mood and it was their wedding we told them not to worry about charge. He never responded again and left a bad review. We will not rent to this guest again.
