This is our 5th time renting RV’s and the BEST experience we have had to date. Everything in Sally & Rick’s RV worked as described. Their communication was excellent and they even answered quick questions while we were on our trip. Highly recommend renting from them and will rent from them again.

Awesome experience. We are first timers, and Brad was incredible to work with. Responsive to questions we had leading up to the trip and then was extremely helpful with our pick-up brief making sure we were well prepared. As for the trailer itself, as described. It was easy to tow, well equipped with everything we might need, and everything worked perfectly. I highly recommend to anyone wanting a great getaway to reach out to Brad, in fact, we will likely use him again in the future.

Kelly and Rachelle were beyond spectacular guests! Not only was communication superb throughout the pre-trip and orientation process but during their 5-week adventure as well. They were careful and respectful of our new Winny coach and returned it in perfect shape! We would, hands down, invite them as guests again!

Lance returned my calls or texts within a few minutes, about some issues I encountered with the travel trailer. The trailer was very comfortable with temperatures down to twenty degrees at night. If you are looking for a travel trailer to rent this is the ideal one for one or two people. Rent it now!

Communication for check in and check out were good. We were not able to check Lauren in in perso as we had to go to the airport but we were available at all times via phone for any questions or concerns . At check out Lauren had to leave early in the morning so we could not do the final walk around together. she did text me that the main key broke in half when she tried to lock the coach. She also mentioned that the toiled wouldn flush correctly which we found that there was way too much toiletpaper in the septic. We also found a animal type odor in the 2nd bedroom we took 2 to 3 days of extra cleaning . Otherwise Lauren and her family were good guests, kept the unit clean. Would host her again.

We used to RV to go to my daughter’s graduation! It was the ideal way to travel with the whole family ! We had plenty of room and could move around some while traveling which was a lot more relaxing than a car !
